With nearly a decade of experience within short- and long-term lettings across York, Ryedale and beyond, Jennifer Marsden heads up our lettings department. Jennifer divides her time between our York office and her Mobile Command Centre making herself reassuringly available to landlords outside normal office hours and contactable through a direct line.

Grace Aveyard joined the Blenkin & Co Lettings team in January 2024 as a Lettings Administrator. Her pivotal role ensures a seamless experience for clients through the overseeing of tenancy progression and coordinating all move-ins. Her personable approach and her determination to handle all enquiries efficiently ensure the smooth running of the business and contribute to Blenkin & Co’s reputation for exceptional service. Growing up in picturesque villages bordering York Grace has a deep appreciation for the North Yorkshire countryside, and when she is not immersed in her work, she can be found in the company of her four beloved dogs.

Sarah Walker
Viewing Agent

A long term York resident, Sarah brings with her considerable authority and experience when it comes to conducting viewings in the city, country and coast. A writer and columnist, she is the daughter of North Yorkshire bobby and author Peter Walker who, under the pseudonym Nicholas Rhea, wrote the successful Constable series of books which inspired the TV series Heartbeat. Sarah followed in her father’s footsteps when she took over the column after his death in 2017. Now known as The Countryman’s Daughter, Sarah’s column appears weekly in the Darlington & Stockton Times and the Ryedale Gazette and Herald.
